About Us
Steve Coons & Kevin Murdoch, co-founders of Ideas For People
Inc., are the developers of both The Lifestyle Journey Program
and The 20-Day Health Challenge.
Both of these programs, although different in their components
and implementation protocols, are aimed at empowering people to
create healthier lifestyle habits.
The Lifestyle Journey Program has been used by over 25,000 people
since its inception over 4 years ago. The 20-Day Health Challenge,
launched in September 2006, is based on the feedback and results
of those users.
Steve and Kevin are both fathers of three children each.
Steve has a 20-year health and fitness background, having been educated
as a kinesiologist.
Kevin is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, branch manager
of a large national brokerage house and a 10-year member of The
Strategic Coach program, an entrepreneurial development program.
As entrepreneurs, both Steve & Kevin come from backgrounds
in which they have focused on developing and implementing practical
solutions for clients and customers that elevate their well-being,
whether physically or financially or both.
Steve & Kevin have extensive media training; their programs
have appeared in dozens of newspapers, on radio and TV. Both have
spoken at a variety of education conventions and in front of several
health-related organizations.
Ideas For People Inc. has sought the advice of a wide variety of
health and education professionals during the course of developing
their programming and resources, including physicians, dietitians,
mental health professionals, teachers, school district administrators
and education consultants. Please contact us to hear what others
are saying or for media references.
